Product

What is Resumease?
An AI-native workspace for job applications: a structured resume editor, ATS scoring against real job descriptions, AI tailoring and rewriting, cover letter generation, and interview coaching.
Will my resume pass applicant tracking systems (ATS)?
The editor produces clean, machine-readable structure by design, and the ATS analyzer scores your resume against a specific job description — keyword coverage, formatting risks, and clarity — so you can fix gaps before applying.
Does the AI make things up on my resume?
No. All AI features rewrite and reorganize content you provide. Suggestions are grounded in your own experience, and you review every change before it is applied.
Can I export my resume as a PDF?
Yes. One-click, server-rendered PDF export is included on every plan, with consistent, ATS-safe formatting.

Plans & billing

How does pricing work?
Access passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: pick 7-Day ($5), 14-Day ($8), or 30-Day ($15) access, pay once, and use every premium feature for that period — no recurring charges.
What happens when my pass expires?
You keep your account and resumes — export and premium AI features lock until you buy another pass. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our Refund Policy. In short: a 7-day money-back window on first-time purchases, and full refunds for billing errors.

Privacy & security

Who can see my resume data?
Only you. Resumes are stored per-account with authenticated access, and staff access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service. We never sell your data.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Content sent to our AI provider is used solely to generate your response and is not used for model training.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. From account settings you can download a full export of your data or permanently delete your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
