Billing & Purchase Terms
These Billing & Purchase Terms explain how purchases, pricing, and refunds apply to the paid services offered through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Purchases and billing
Paid features are sold as one-time access passes of a fixed duration (for example 7, 14, or 30 days). By purchasing a pass, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method once, for the pass you choose, at the price shown at checkout.
Access passes are not subscriptions. They do not renew automatically, there is no recurring billing, and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass. When a pass expires, your account simply returns to the free plan, and your documents remain available.
2. No cancellation needed
Because there is no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel: each pass expires on its own at the end of its stated duration. If you have questions about an active pass, you can review it under Settings → Billing or contact our support team via the contact page.
3. Changes to pricing
We may change the price of access passes at any time. Price changes never affect a pass you have already purchased — they apply only to future purchases, at the price shown at checkout when you buy.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. In addition, a refund request may be approved where:
- we failed to provide the purchased service;
- the service contains a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time;
- you were charged more than once for the same pass;
- a billing error occurred due to our system; or
- other exceptional circumstances apply, at our sole discretion.
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- change of mind after the money-back window;
- partial use of a pass, or unused time remaining on an active pass;
- user error or misuse of the service;
- requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase (except billing errors); or
- accounts closed for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to resolve the issue through technical support or another appropriate solution. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider, normally 5–10 business days.
5. Applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where local consumer-protection laws require refunds or grant additional rights, those laws prevail.
