This policy sets out what you may not do with Resumease. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Unlawful or harmful use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
• Do not create documents that are fraudulent — for example, fabricated degrees, licenses, or employment at organizations you never worked for — or that impersonate another real person without authorization.
• Do not upload content that is defamatory, harassing, or contains malware.

2. Security and integrity

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our responsible-disclosure process (see the security page).
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not circumvent authentication, rate limits, or plan restrictions.

3. Fair use of AI features

• AI features are for your own career documents, or those of an individual who authorized you.
• Do not use automated scripts to mass-generate content or resell AI output as a service.
• Do not attempt to extract model prompts or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to careers at scale.

4. Platform abuse

• No scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading of the Service.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Service without a written agreement.
• No spamming our support channels or submitting false reports.

5. Reporting violations

To report abuse, use the contact page. We review reports promptly and act proportionately, from warnings to account termination.
