Refund Policy
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are a first-time purchaser and an access pass isn't what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer, to your first purchase of any access pass — it is a refund window, separate from the 7-Day Access pass itself.
2. One-time purchases, no cancellation needed
Access passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no recurring billing to cancel. Each pass grants access for its stated duration (7, 14, or 30 days) and then simply expires; you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
3. Refund eligibility
Outside the money-back guarantee above, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered due to an error on our part.
- The service is defective or does not function as described.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing or using your pass, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Other exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase (outside the money-back guarantee).
- Failure to read the plan description before purchasing.
- Partial use of a pass, or unused time remaining on an active pass.
- Misuse of the service, or accounts closed for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- Requests made after the applicable refund request period, unless required by law. (Billing errors — duplicate or incorrect charges — are refunded in full whenever they occurred.)
5. How to request a refund
Contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase via the contact page with the topic "Billing & purchases", from the email on your account. Please include:
- Your order or transaction reference (shown on your receipt and in Settings → Billing).
- A description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting information.
We may request additional information to investigate your claim.
6. Review process and approved refunds
Each refund request is carefully reviewed. We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical support or another appropriate solution before issuing a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
7. Statutory rights and EU/UK withdrawal
Access passes are a digital service that begins immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once the service has begun, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK) no longer applies — our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase instead. Beyond that, nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law; where local consumer laws require refunds or grant additional rights, those laws prevail.
